Welcome to Grasshopper Green!
Founded in 1939, Grasshopper Green is the oldest preschool in Northern Virginia. Beginning in Arlington before relocating to our three-acre campus in Annandale, just inside the Beltway, but still maintains a secluded feel. Originally a farmhouse which was converted to a school in 1962, is a warm and comforting environment for learning.

Our three acre campus offers children access to a large and safe play area, and plenty of room for sports and PE activities.
